Get to know relevant job applicants at an early stage of the process by viewing engaging video interviews of them answering specific interview questions. Save time by formulating interview questions that will enable you to quickly identify those applicants with the skills and experience essential for the job. View video interviews, rate each applicant within the portal, invite an applicant for a face-to-face interview, add notes and share applicant information with colleagues.
Our comprehensive Guarantee covers you if we are unable to fill your vacancy, or your chosen candidate proves to be unsuitable or leaves your business
We undertake CV searching and advertise your vacancy to a wide range of food industry job boards, general and specialist job sites, thus maximising your opportunity to successfully recruit for your vacancy.
However, if we fail to provide a shortlist of at least five suitable candidates after the initial 28 days of service, we will:
1. Re-advertise your vacancy and search CV's on all sites for a further 28-days.
We also provide a 14-day Guarantee once your chosen candidate commences employment. So if they leave your business or prove to be unsuitable, we will provide our service for an additional 28-days.
The Guarantee includes full job board advertising, CV searching and shortlisting to enable you to recruit a replacement free of charge.
