We gain your approval of the job advert copy and make any amendments to the job advert where required. Advertise the Job - We post the job advert to the UK’s major jobs boards, Social Media and the leading Food Industry job sites, with adverts benefiting from 28 days of advertising. CV Searching - We search our internal database of 40,000+ UK based Food professionals, as well as all major external databases holding in excess of 20 million UK candidates and identify the few with the skills and experience relevant to your vacancy, we inform them of your vacancy and encourage them to apply. Response Management & Shortlist - We use our advanced Applicant Tracking System to shortlist or reject every applicant using your specific requirements and many years’ experience of Food Industry recruitment. Deliver - We deliver an individual candidate appraisal report and CV for each shortlisted candidate and will do this weekly or bi-weekly on request. Applicants can also be viewed via a secure portal. Interview Candidates * - We will conduct telephone Interviews with candidates and provide an Interview Report detailing suitability for the role and other factors relevant to their application.
