 |
The Electrical Assembler/Workshop Technician will be responsible for assembling machinery units and products from parts supplied, applying a total quality focus throughout all stages of manufacturing process to achieve a quality product aligned to customers’ specification.
> Undertake product builds, interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings > Wiring of electrical cabinets and associated panels > Assembly of control equipment > Manufacture of cable assemblies > Wiring, soldering, cable crimping and looming > Quality control, test and calibration or products > Work with other departments to solve reoccurring production issues. > Modify components and install upgrades as required
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 year’s electrical assembly experience and good mechanical knowledge. They will hold recognised electrical qualifications and possess strong fault finding and communication skills
Remuneration: up to £25,000 pa (dependant on experience) + Overtime & Additional Benefits.
