A successful family-owned business that supplies its food products to a range of customers including Retailers, Foodservice, Food Manufacturers, and Wholesalers.
Monday to Friday – Days (Early finish every Friday)
As Graduate Packaging Technologist, the role will involve co-ordinating and implementing issues such as packaging suitability, materials selection and packaging integrity testing to determine the fitness-for-purpose of all types of food packaging. There will be responsibility for writing packaging specifications, signing off artwork, ensuring compliance with Packaging Regulations, Customer Specifications and Food Laws.
The Graduate Packaging Technologist will issue and follow critical paths, work within the parameters of the companies design and packaging policies and work closely with internal contacts and external packaging suppliers and customers. There will be an opportunity to work within cross-functional NPD teams and develop innovative packaging concepts and improvements to existing packaging used.
We want to hear from Graduates holding a Degree in Packaging Technology, seeking their first opportunity in Industry or a Packaging Technology Graduate who has some relevant experience and is interested in pursuing a career in the Food Manufacturing sector.
